I bought this for my son and his wife for Christmas (purchased in December 2025). They didn’t use it until the end of January, used it two times and the third time it wouldn’t work. Just stopped working. Now it’s too late for me to return it. I would like a refund or a replacement from the manufacturer.
Had 8 chicken wings and had them on three times and not cooked. I took out 4 of them ..now cooking 4 and seems to still not be right . It always smells like a stinky burning smell. Very disappointed and it wasn't cheap either 🤔🤔🤔
I owned this for 6 months. It stopped heating. Apparently this is character Of the product. No valid support is valid. DO NOT BUY!!!!!
Only had it for a year and it just stopped working ! It doesn’t heat up the food. Does this thing come with a warranty? No customer service? Am I able to return it? I still have the box. How do products like this not have any type of warranty protection?

I bought this air fryer in April of this year and have only used it about 5 times since ut was purchased. It now sparks during the pre-geating process. The unit is completely clean of debris. I can't find a customer service number to contact and would like a replacement or refund. Purchased was made on amazon.
