Disappointed with Walmart My wife purchased this product two months ago, not because of the ice pack but the storage box design. She went to buy another and read the description and found that her original purchase did not include the ice pack. My guess is that someone had removed the ice pack, my wife wasn't aware of this since she didn't realize that one should have been included.
The customer service person was very nice and sympathetic but could offer nothing as far solving her problem. There does not seem a way to obtain the missing ice pack.
Any suggestions??
