The air fryer worked well at first, but after a few months the heater stopped working while the fan still runs. I contacted customer service about warranty support but have not received a response. It makes me sad...
I do love the fact that it’s glass and non toxic. It is very heavy glass though. Only down fall is if the falls off the stove or counter like mine did it will shatter and I can’t find a basket replacement option. This was my Christmas gift to myself. I will have to buy another eventually.
I loved this air fryer and the fact that there is a glass basket as opposed to one with a chemical coating. However it stopped working in the middle of a cooking cycle when it was just 3 mont
hs old. I have emailed customer serivice and submitted contract form but have not received any reply. So if you're looking for an air fryer that lasts longer than 3 months, don't buy this one!
