If this cracked tomorrow I would order the same one again before the week was out. It does exactly what it says, stores away flat and costs less than the ingredients for the cake going inside it. Nothing about it has disappointed me.

I bring the cake for every team birthday and used to arrive with something battered. Now it looks the way it did leaving my kitchen and people notice. Cheapest upgrade to my reputation as a baker that I have ever made.

Some plastic containers give everything a faint chemical taste for the first few weeks. This had none of that out of the box after a quick wash. Cakes taste like cakes, which sounds obvious but was not true of the last one I bought.

I liked the first one enough to order a second so I can bring dessert and a savory tray in one trip. They stack on each other in the boot of the car with the handles folded. No regrets on either purchase at this price.

Thanksgiving rolls went in warm and were still soft when we arrived an hour later. The dome kept the steam without soaking the bottoms. It has quietly become part of every holiday run rather than sitting in a cupboard unused.
